Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. This class will particularly suit people with good general health, mobility and fitness who are looking for a stronger, up-tempo practice. If you prefer a gentler class or need to manage health or mobility considerations, you may prefer our Tuesday night gentle Dru yoga and meditation class.
This is an 8 week block, Thursday 12 August to Thursday 30 September inclusive. Classes are 6:30pm to around 8pm Thursday nights and are delivered in person at the Palais Theatre (Supper Room) in Franklin and online via Zoom.
In person places are very limited due to COVID-19 considerations.
For the health and safety of all participants, in registering for the in-person class you agree that you will not come to class if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms:
cough, runny nose/sniffle, sore throat, fatigue
shortness of breath
