This class will include gentle Dru yoga and movement, relaxation, and meditation. No prior experience of yoga or meditation needed.
A new 8 week block of gentle yoga and meditation classes starts next week on Tuesday 10 August.
This class will include gentle yoga and movement, relaxation, and meditation techniques. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is required, and you don’t need to sit on the floor to meditate unless you really want to!
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. My classes are designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups.
This is an 8 week block, Tuesday 10 August to Tuesday 28 September inclusive. Classes are 6:30pm to around 8pm Tuesday nights at the Palais Theatre (Supper Room) in Franklin.
