This class is specifically designed for pregnant women. No prior experience of yoga needed.

Pregnancy yoga is a great way to stay fit and flexible, take time to relax and connect with your body and your baby, and meet other women at a similar life stage.

These small group classes are tailored to pregnant women’s needs and delivered by a qualified and experienced pregnancy yoga teacher. Participation by Zoom may also be an option.

This is an 8 week block, Monday 9 August to Monday 27 September inclusive. Classes are 6:30pm to around 8pm Monday nights and delivered in person at the Palais Theatre (Supper Room) in Franklin and online via Zoom.

You will need a yoga mat, two firm blankets and, in your third trimester, a yoga bolster. These can be hired for a fully refundable $20 deposit.

In person places are very limited due to COVID-19 considerations.

For the health and safety of all participants, in registering for the in-person class you agree that you will not come to class if you are feeling unwell or have any of the following symptoms:


cough, runny nose/sniffle, sore throat, fatigue

shortness of breath
