We booked the Palais for a concert and the process was a pleasure from beginning to end. The staff were friendly, helpful and organised. The website was clear and helpful. The venue itself was beautiful…a classic building that has been lovingly renovated. The acoustics were great and the hall was visually stunning. I couldn’t have been more happy
