The Collective operates every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. The Collective only uses local suppliers and provides a great range of fresh farm produce.

There is a good range of jams, condiments and baked goods and local craft work.   Keeping the Collective operating is only possible with the continued assistance of our wonderful local volunteers and our ‘Friends of the Palais’.
